Why we need to break rules at work sometimes

Our team at Anchor Advisors has gone through a bit of a rough patch lately. One team member has been very sick for a while and another team member lost a very close family member. Things haven't been going as well with the business in result. And so I've broken some rules in the process. Read on to see what I mean by that.
