Now I know that not every customer is the same and each have their own set of credentials that they go through when making a purchase, but one thing is for sure that we are dealing with more different customers than we were ten years ago and it is a good thing. No longer can companies push their message onto customers and no longer can a company with a sub-par product or service be successful because bad news travels faster with the revamped word of mouth power on the web.
