Commenting is one of the overlooked aspects of content marketing and customer engagement.

Why?

For one reason or another, it just always comes across as extra effort.

For example, if you write a post, people leave comments and you have to respond – extra effort.

If you read a post, have opinions and want to tell the author via a comment – extra effort.

And so on and so forth.
