Totally agree.To stand out from low cost competitor you really have to focus on the value your products and services provide to customers and highlight them in all aspects of your business operations. It is never fun to compete on price unless you have a scale like Walmart or Amazon. As a small business owner find out how you can differentiate from other competitors and highlight them to your customers.
