Totally agree, Greg. Again, hate to bring in the state of the economy, but you would think marketers would have the brains to at least use "caring about customers in hard economic times" as a positive marketing differentiator if they don't feel motivated to truly adopt that ethic, which obviously would be better. I think I'd feel a heck of a lot better about an airline that would reach out a helping hand to make things easier and more comfortable for me than support totally gross, ostentatious signage.
