Rieva: I am glad that this issue is coming up. That is the core question, "why" are you in business and who are you? Finding your natural voice is the key ingredient in social media activities that will increase in impact in the working environment. The challenge is that the business leaders have to understand the true meaning of having an ego and being your authentic self. Luckily I can help with that! ;)
