Great post, Susan, and great point! I guess we're all guilty of this from time to time. One of the issues that makes things even more difficult is the rapid spread of technological innovation which seems to permeate everywhere including into B2B and SEEMS to encourage new language to discuss new concepts. Alas, in the end, being as clear as possible is always the best policy.
