Great advice on relationship maintenance. Getting clients and customers is one thing...keeping them for the long-term is another. Expectations and perceptions are things we as businesspeople must understand and internalize...getting into the heads of our clients so to speak.

I had a best friend Missy all through grade school until 8th grade. We were inseperable. Then a new girl moved into the neighborhood. She was a cheerleader like Missy. My best friend was gone. I believe that in business, we must make sure our clients don't betray us for the new kid on the block. You have given great information on how to keep a relationship strong!
