Great post on tailoring the message for the prospect. I think , however, there is a way to over-analyze this. Even in the digital realm, it should be possible to interact and get to know customers, get used to what they want and be able to deliver new products that may fit their interests. But there is some human risk taking here and we should avoid trying to automate or model the system to the point where customer need is nothing more than a collection of data.
