Great post! And what a simple but elegant innovation on the basic sales process at the same time transforming your product and your brand. It requires no expensive marketing or advertising, helps establish you as an expert or authority in a market otherwise filled with pushy sales people and even turns the concept of cold calling on its head by injecting basic elements of permission marketing.
