Good list and I have mostly used Survey Monkey. One thought I would add the results are often dependent on the questions asked and the value is in the interpretaion as you can't always take what your customers say literally.

PollDaddy is quite good, when you filter through all the crappy questions. I've been using the LinkedIn Polls for a while, and I find this tool really great.
