With all things being equal, the people with the MOST drive, passion and creativity are going to win. Not those going for the quick buck.

Sorry, I have to (respectfully) disagree for a second time today. There is a time for the quick buck and time for the refined, slow sale, but I can't agree that those going for the quick buck will lose and those going for the slow sale will win. Too much of a generalization.
I have seen countless instance where going for the quick buck leads to a long-term relationship, and those where going for the refined sale takes so much time it never happens.
Done correctly I think there is a time and a place for both approaches,
Respectfully,
Yoni
