Debra: It will evolve into personalized tea blends and specialty blends, inspired by variety of different products you could find in the wine shop and now in the chocolatiere place.

I have to take another look at your book... ;)

Be sure to look at the Prologue. It's all about chocolate!

Debra: I often use the Starbuck's example of going back to basics, shutting down the espresso machines for day, learning how to make a good cup of espresso again! ;)

Regarding Lululemon's range of size, shouldn't it be up to the them to decide? How about the competitors? Do you they have more sizes? Maybe the fickle customers will vote with their wallets and move on to other vendor sources?

Personally, I want to the reach the "fickle" customers who understand the trader principle and the free exchange of products and services. I will let the customers do a taste test and come up with their own personalized beverage blend and then supply them with this individualized product. It will be interesting to see if my potential customers will buy into my new beverage brand!
