I'm giving this a vote because it's actually pretty good, but the only reason I'd view it in the first is because copyblogger recommended it. This guy talks about the importance of trust in the video, but he just starts pushing his ideas from the beginning without stating why he's credible to listen to and, let's face it, he doesn't look like a business guru. A fact I'm always willing to ignore if he can prove he's successful.
