Yes, I increased my pricing last year slightly for the older clients and start the newer ones at higher prices. It's the only way to survive in business today with the higher cost of doing business. Everything has gone up from internet service to business insurance, etc.

Thanks Adam for this one. I can see I'm definitely undercharging my clients for the services I provide. However, I've had the clients for over 4 years now so that's a plus.

Sure thing Lisa. Great that they’ve been with you for so long. They are the best sort of customers. Some freelancers I work with increase their prices every so often but usually keep legacy customers on the old pricing structure until it’s not financially viable. At that point, some of them will split the difference so the price increase is half of what it would be for new customers.
