You're absolutely right! Writing "about" and "bio" pages is so important and yet so difficult to do. I think it may be that most of us find it difficult to reduce ourselves to a few lines. (Even the humble ones!) My approach is always to think of the bio as a kind of communication, like a brief resume. Ask yourself, what do I want this to communicate to others about me?
