I was reading an article about Google and their quest to provide the right answers quicker and correctly. It was about turning information into knowledge. Instead of waiting for Google the article made me think that there are potential opportunities for the marketing of your brand now.

I think it is... But the truth is that Google has been capitalizing on web surfers' quest for knowledge with its own Adwords advertising model. It's well-known that sites that offer "problem-solving" type information tend to perform better with Adsense as opposed to entertainment-type content.

If small business owners can know their customers to the extent that they can anticipate the kinds of questions or problems their customers might have and then find ways to provide solutions, then there's a good chance they'll get these solution-seekers funneled to other, for pay services.
