Hi Matthew,

What a great and simple case study. I like the mix of high tech and low tech marketing solutions taken from your own experience. I think too few small business owners are so detailed in keeping track of their marketing efforts and the results yielded. Too bad since this is the best way to figure out by try trial and error what works and what doesn't for your business. Thanks for sharing with the BizSugar community.

I know a friend who works for real estate and the road signs can definitely area centric. He told me that his agent got a call from the local police that the area was not a good place to put the sign.
