Mobile sites for retailers are almost essential at this point. It’s just good customer service, especially during the holidays. A mobile site and/or an app, saves me (your customer) time and it saves me (your customer) from visiting your competitor instead.

Interesting, Amy - your smartphone is your "most trusted friend". My dumb phone (which is my only phone) is only used to order carry-out or call for the correct temperature - the bell is always off. But I agree that mobile is in its infancy & on its way up. Dinosaurs live! (Just ask Entrepreneurosauruos.)
