There is no doubting the trend towards digital marketing and away from traditional media. In 2010 52% of Small and Mid-sized Business (SMB) marketing budgets was spent on traditional advertising. By 2015 that figure will be 30%.

Hello there. These stats are encouraging to those companies that have taken the plunge early to provide customer service online and have mastered the ropes - new companies may struggle to catch up as tech is developing very fast. I must say that I have seen an increase in online marketing services in the last quarter.
