Great post, Adam. I completely agree, If you're going to own a business you must put the happiness of your customers first. That goes from the quality of the product/service you offer all the way to the customer service and tech support you provide. I will always go for better quality service over the next guy, even if the next guy charges less. A few extra dollars is worth the quality treatment.
