There are some great resources here though I think the book list is kind of eclectic and I would add, at the very least, Guy Kawasaki's "The Art of the Start", Malcolm Gladwell's "The Tipping Point" and Seth Godin's "Tribes". Also, I'm not sure I agree with the outsourcing advice here. There's a huge difference between outsourcing core functions that are the basis of your business and outsourcing support functions. I like to keep my own books as much as the next small business person but I'm not certain the kind of investment being discussed to keep that function in-house is worth it, especially in a business with limited growth potential. If you want to make this kind of investment, how about developing another business to increase revenue?
