Agree with the post and Lyceum. Small businesses need to employ both traditional and social marketing tactics to reach their customers. While more and more customers are moving to social media the fact remains that they re still looking at Billboards, reading newspapers/ magazines and clipping coupons.

My personal view is that we will see a mix of traditional market and new (social) media marketing in the long run. Social media will be a such common word that it will become media fort short in the future.
