Adding the right trust signals to your website can make a world of difference in its conversion rate. Internet users have become increasingly reluctant to submit their credit card information online, and for good reason: many websites have lax security, placing such data at risk for a breach. By including the following trust signals on your website, visitors will feel more comfortable taking action.

That's a bit strange! Could it be that they don't have enough resources, answering if the phone rings?

If I can't any contact information at all, I can't trust the site. Don't you think it is bit odd that many businesses sites don't have a physical location / snail mail address, listed?

That's always a huge red flag to me. What's even odder is how many legit ecommerce clients I deal with who don't want to display their phone number on their website. That simple task would be their biggest step to increasing conversions.
