Hi there,

I've been a proponent of customer relationship marketing for years. I think it's important to spend time on customers as it is on sales.

I think you make a great point. Marketing automation works for the exact same reason why we use washing machines and dishwashers in our home, they make life easier.

They don't make the task obsolete but they allow you time to work on other high value tasks.

And of course anything that helps marketing and sales work better together can only be a good thing!

Good article to get us all thinking about this topic again.
