This is absolutely right. You need to completely re-write a resume every time you change jobs since the hiring criteria are completely different.

Nice! I would also put up there with these, having multiple versions of a resume. You can't be all things to all prospective employers, so different versions can definitely be situation-specific and thus increase marketability.
