[Moderator's note: removed a part of the comment. ^ML] Even to get relaxed you should also try yoga and drink a cup of coffee... Pressure always in life, because it is life.

Sharon: Thanks for your input. We will see what will happen with clothing allowance in the future.

That is true. When I worked a job, I always felt the pressure. Glad to work from home now.

Yes, we are truly blessed to have the privilege to work from home - having said that I will be working from shared office space in two weeks time, fortunately for me the dress code is very relaxed due to the entrepreneurial nature of said space.

Sharon: I am glad too that I can work from my home office and I have laid back business casual dress code, e.g., chinos and a hoodie.

It is up to the employer to decide the dress code, and I think that should be spelled out. How about giving employee benefits of office outfits?

Yes, we are indeed blessed not to be bogged down by office convention - being able to wear what you want is definitely liberating.

Offering a clothing allowance is a great perk - I have never come across this in an office environment though, I know that this is more commonplace in retail.
