Thanks for bringing this list of best cities for startups to my attention. I had a hunch that small towns are great places to build businesses. Usually, there are good workers and a great quality of life to attract other needed professionals. I work out of a small town that has more farm animals than people during the winter - but luckily there is a train and bus going to NYC a few hours away. Great when I want to get my city fix :)
