Shawn, this is a great post and it is very heartening to read about the scholarship! Perhaps next time, or even this time, if its not too late, you might consider setting up a donation-from-BizSugar-members program. This might assist in covering airfare and accomodations. BizSugar is a great community and I'm quite sure the members would be pleased and proud to support such a venture!

We get so much out of BizSugar, it would be a nice chance to give something back!
