If the guest poster asks things that are already in my guest post guidelines, I trash them. The least they can do is find out if I have a guest posting guideline. LOL!

Sounds like a plan to me Teepu. Guest blogging is a two way street. If a blogger isn't willing to read your guidelines, I wouldn't blame you for trashing their request.
