Good advice, MC, but there's a caveat with #6. The feedback tabs on the left (or voting tabs dangling in the mid-right) often block the edge of the text for geezers like me that magnify the page 200% to be able to read it. I've tried 150%, but the text is still obscured. On those blogs I have to read the top or bottom 1-1/2" of text (about 3 lines at a time constantly scrolling in tidbits of text - not an ideal way to read) above or below the tab. I'm sure this is not the blogger's intention.
