A couple of weeks ago I decided to get my groceries delivered for something different. The first time went well - no problem. So, I decided to continue with the following week as well.

If your business customer service sucks which will result to your customers experiencing a bad customer treatment then, its sure that they will not come back which means that there will be no repeat business so, its good to always treat your customers well to avoid losing them.
