Does IE6 users percentage affect my business?

We have a website that looks ugly on IE6 Internet Explorer 6, what should I do about it? How many people use IE6 and why they are doing it?

I agree, Hesham - even I upgraded to IE9 a couple of months ago, and I'm completely, totally (and happily) not tech-savvy. I got a blurb from MS asking me if i wanted to upgrade, and clicked on it - not too difficult even for me.
