Shopping for a car can teach you a lot about customer experience and expectations. More specifically, I've walked away with at least five inbound marketing DO's and DON'Ts. So, even though I'm still not driving a new car, it turns out that my time spent driving around car lots and waiting to test drive hasn't been a waste after all.
