Google did it again. Yes, it is said to affect around ~7.5% of search queries (English for example).

Introducing: Google Panda Update 4.0

It is a new search update by Google under 24 hours now and it is relatively tough to decide if it affects a website.

However, preliminary reports shows that sites with tons of quality content and high on freshness 'seems like' enjoying a boost in SERPs.
