Great article Gabe! I agree, PLR is phenomenal for building a list quickly. I've even used PLR to create blog posts. Of course, like you mentioned, you want to make sure you rebrand and add your own personality to the content, but once that's done you're good to go!

There's a ton of other things that PLR can be used for (webinar content, video content, autoresponder series, etc.) but list building by far is one of the best.
