What happens online, stays online, and someone will always find it and make a decision based on whatever it is they find. You want your audience to know that you are real, that you make mistakes, but that you also own up to them and correct them when they happen.

Sean: Do you use Twitter's own app too? I am using Hootsuite mainly for scheduling retweets.

Sean: Thanks for your input! It is important to keep track on things. Do you use any special tools for covering online reputation?

Mostly Hootsuite to track Twitter mentions.

Online and offline reputation goes hand in hand. Could you come up with some stories recently?

If you're talking about taking online conversation offline as mentioned in the video, I simply meant that some conversations don't need to be public, so long as there is a public record of a complaint being addressed.
