Louisa: I have decided yet. I was thinking of going with LastPass, but I must say that I got a bit concerned after the hacking attack. Couldn't the master password be the weakest link for a small business owner? I wonder why haven't seen more of thumb and eye recognition login features online. I think that iPhone login feature using a thumbprint is smart move in the right direction.

Louisa: I have installed LastPass in my browser, but I haven't come around to use it yet. Is LP your favorite between password manager tools?

Lyceum, I've tried a few and have settled with LP. Which is your favourite?

Many small business owners I know do not "trust" password managers and prefer to use spreadsheets or just the same password or variations of a root password. Others prefer single sign on using social media accounts.

There are also those who allow browsers to remember their passwords. Can't say which is the greatest online threat for small business owners but all of these make them vulnerable once hackers have one of their passwords.

What in your opinion would be the greatest risk for small business owners?

Hi Louisa,

So true about the dangers of using the same passwords uniformly. In your opinion is the greatest online security risk small business owners face? What are some other risks, do you think?
