Very good entry Narender. I am just starting to be a freelancer this week. Luckily I found this article in bizsugar.com. I got interested, and then I found out it is great.

Sometimes I get headache and backache when I am facing my computer for just a couple of hours. Then I realize maybe I am lack of Ergonomics. I didn't do these things you said. I never close my eyes like a tarsier because addicted to earn money and eager to finished my project. That's why I'm giving thanks for posting this article. I should try following your tips.
