Good points, JJ.

I was buying from an online music store a year ago - they asked for info about me - including how I wanted to be contacted, and they left a space for additional notes from me - special circumstances. I filled it all out (I have special shipping & contact preferences, or I wouldn't have filled it in).

Guess what - they ignored all of it. They used the wrong shipper - one with no tracking or signature required on delivery (I've had packages stolen - which I spelled out very clearly), then tried calling me when I emailed there was a problem. I clearly told them my phone bell was always off - to email me customer service info (but not with deals, etc.).

On paper, they looked like customer service genius', but in execution, they sucked eggs. (We finally ironed it out via a series of emails.)
