The latest Twitter feature is poll system where you can ask the audience almost anything. Sounds great in practice and saves time counting hashtags - but is the feature worth your time?

How could a small business owner use this poll feature?

The best application would be to use it for surveys to help with content marketing. Ask a question, get the results and write a blog post about it.

To be honest however, there is so much improvement that needs to be made with the tool that using an alternative app might be better!
