I've really been enjoying a television reality TV programme that has been featured here on Channel 4 recently: Three in a Bed. They take three small B&B owners and have them critique each other. The results are startling yet in a way not all that surprising.

great post and great reality tv tie-in. You are 100% correct that it's about messages, expectations, stories and how they either stick or get lost in transit. I hope your business lasts long and prospers, but I hope reality tv will go the way of the dinosaurs! Too much reality already, I need more unreality in my life! Regards,
