The 4 things that I not believe we will see happen in the next year or so:
(1) We're not gonna go away from the last-cookie-wins rule;
(2) We're not gonna go away from cookies as the primary method of tracking affiliate referrals;
(3) We're not gonna see a substantial decline in the usage of coupon websites;
(4) We're not gonna see channel attribution go mainstream.
We are gonna see the following 3:
(1) Program management is going to become more sophisticated;
(2) Better tools (both for affiliate managers, and for affiliates);
(3) More OPM agencies and affiliate networks are going to emerge.
