Sarah, I love this article, I have learned a few things that I can do very easily for my own website. A well explained article. The difference reminds me of shops, whether you are on main street with a great window display, or on a side street with no display.

Being seen is important, and most importantly non-techie business owners can do a lot for their own website, in small steps as mentioned in your article.
