The key mode of communication is Twitter, a medium that limits messages to 140 characters and everyone is on what author Tim Ferriss calls a low information diet. Think about this the next time you send two pages worth of business communication to a customer or client. Cut it then cut it and then cut it again! It's still probably too long and it had better come with photos and graphics.
