YouTube changed the ranking factor for videos. Previously it was based on the amounts of views your video gets ( which is very easy to manipulate ), the more views your video would get, the higher it would appear in the searches and it increased its chances of showing up in the suggested videos sect

Whenever I go to check the subscriber count, it doesn't match up. There's also services where you can buy views for your videos. I don't think this is an effective marketing tactic, nor is it fair to the ones who really put an effort into creating good videos and content.
I used to do video marketing heavily, but not so much any more. I'm thinking of picking it back up soon though because I know that It's a great way to drive more traffic and engage with my blog audience.
