I will print out this blog post and go through the list for two new online ventures that I am involved in. What will you do if you fix any "pain points" for the potential customers? How about if you are adding new type of service that is more of an add on to an already existing product? It is an adding value concept and service. Thanks for your comment! Glad you found it useful. If you're fixing a pain point for a customer, then you want to promote showing how your product can make your customer's life easier. It doesn't matter if it's an add-on product, if you can clearly show them what you can do for them, then that's a great thing. Good luck!
