Sathish, I'd seen QR codes on packages from UPS, Fed-EX, and the Post Office for years w/o knowing what they were. I suspected they were like bar codes, but all the packages also HAD bar codes.

I think the main importance now is that people can engage QR codes using their "happy phone" (I just couldn't use the sm..t word), and have all kinds of info & discount offers.
