What’s the right way to contact clients, colleagues and friends, and for them to contact you? Is offering a multitude of options really the best way forward and will certain tools begin to become acceptable for certain types of communication?

Hi Roisin.

I'm unsure about FB messaging - they've dropped the ball so many times by making what was private public, I find it hard to trust them. Though I have occasionally used a direct message, I've never used their new email feature. Your thoughts?

Hi Roisin, I think it's always best to ask yourself how would this customer like to be contacted, and if you are unsure just ask. I'm not sure I'm not sure I agree with you on Twitter, I personally find it very good, but that depends I suppose of what I am trying to say, so perhaps as you point out it works best in conjugation with some other form of communication?
