Twitter has become a dominant force with digital marketers and small businesses who want to find, connect and engage with potential customers and industry leaders.

With approximately 1 billion registered users and 250 million active users, growing and nurturing a Twitter following should be high on any company agenda.

But most social media marketers know managing a Twitter account can be a time consuming affair.
